What is Warconicas?

The tabletop that fits in your pocket

Warconicas is a tabletop combat game built around your champions. You put together your team, choose your heroes and lead them into battle against your opponents. No fixed board, no pages of rules to study: an app takes over whatever you want, dice rolls, effects, turn logic, and keeps clean track of it all, so you can focus on the decisions that matter.

Right now you play one on one, with more game modes in the works. A match is over fast: short enough for a quick round at the bar, deep enough that losing still stings.

How a round works

From the first move to victory

1

Pick a team

3 to 8 champions, a 50 point budget. No meta pressure, your style counts.

2

Set up

No board needed. Kitchen table, bar counter, any surface works.

3

Attack and roll

The app rolls the dice and shows damage and effects instantly.

4

Win

The battle is decided in 15 to 30 minutes.

The Teams

Three teams to start

Each team has its own character, its own style and its own champions. You choose your team, line up your champions and march into battle. Three are ready at launch:

Clugol Fireaxe, dwarven champion of the Steelbreakers in Warconicas Dwarves

Steelbreakers

Dwarven stubbornness forged from steel and stone. They hold where others would have fallen long ago. To break through them you need patience or raw force.

Lothar the Confessor, champion of the Heroes in Warconicas, not yet revealed Heroes

Heldengruppe

An unlikely alliance where every champion brings their own story. Headstrong, different, and together stronger than you would think. (working title)

Rogmak the Crusher, orc champion of the Red Hand in Warconicas Orcs

Rote Hand

Orcish force that does not ask, it charges. Speed and pressure before your opponent can even react.

Meet Rogmak the Crusher
The World

More than a battlefield

Warconicas is a world full of secrets. Many peoples, old myths and legends still argued over today. No one knows it fully.

They say it was not built, but felt. And the First, who walked it, are long gone, merged with what we now call magic. Listen deep enough, they say, and you can still hear it.

You do not enter this world as a scholar. But like anyone stepping up to a stranger’s table for the first time: with more questions than answers. Pick a team. Face your first battle. The rest you discover along the way.

The Idea behind Warconicas

Good fantasy should not fail because of the price. Not because of space. And least of all because of time.

Warconicas is your world. Your own champions, ancient powers and battles you fight anywhere, whether at the kitchen table or on the counter of a bar. The app takes care of the fine print, you take care of winning. For everyone who just wants to play instead of spending half an hour setting up.

Behind Warconicas there is me, Sammy. Creative mind, inventor and founder. I have been deep in fantasy worlds for over ten years and love nothing more than dreaming up my own. That is exactly what Warconicas has become: my world, built so everyone can join in.

The craft behind it matters deeply to me. Every figure and every champion is shaped by real people, talented artists who bring form and character to every miniature with skill and patience. This artistic work is the heart of Warconicas, and that is exactly what I want to protect and keep visible. A few images here are concept and work-in-progress visuals that show the direction, not the finished product. What ends up on your table is made by hand.

It all started with a dream that would not let me go. Today it is my mission.
